Fitness Reflection | TMD

Here is where things are about to get personal….

I have decided on this platform (blog) – with my Mirror Me Fitness designs – that I wanted to bring a more relatable human interaction with my “brand.”

I also wanted to do this to hold myself somewhat publicly accountable with keeping up with my health.

So here is some starting info about me:

Age: 27

Sex: Female

Height: 5’2″

Weight: 200 lbs

My Diet: Atrocious… I dislike cooking every day which ends up with getting fast food

How often I currently go to the gym: 1 – 2 a week for 30 – 45 mins

My Goal Date

No real goal frame time – I just want to see improvements and make getting a fit a part of my daily life.

My Goal Weight

125 lbs

Meal Plan

I have to change my eating habits. I need to start planning out my meals so that I do not waste food. Also, by making sure there is a whole meal waiting for me, this should help to end the cycle of depending on fast food when I become too hungry to cook. In all honesty, I just need to eat good food. Starving isn’t going to help.

My Fitness Plan

Stick to a schedule

I want to plan to go every day for at least 30 minutes – but have a realistic goal of at least hitting the gym 5-6 days a week for a high-intensity workout of 30 minutes.

Incorporate more fitness time with my dogs

Running or biking- something that makes us both active – even if it’s just taking them on walk as a warm-up for me before I hit the gym

I will have a separate post to a more detailed workout schedule in another blog post.

I am not a trainer, I have never been a trainer, I know little to nothing about fitness – just the basics- so I don’t know how much help I will be to anyone. I am just gathering the information that I find and will be uploading this to my blog. I will be recording what is working for me and what doesn’t work for me. That is not to say it might not work for someone else!

My belief when it comes to fitness is that you have to find what works for you. You need to try different things and try alternative ways in order to find what suits you and your lifestyle the best.

I always welcome recommendations and information that can help me, and others, reach their goal!

Let’s do this together!

Sincerely yours,
